Katie O’Shea: Reaching The Roots Of Inter-generational Trauma

Date Saturday, July 18, 2026
Time 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Location Pasadena Flintridge Center 236 W. Mountain Street, Pasadena, CA 91103

Join us for a presentation on reaching the roots of inter-generational trauma through EMDR.

Katie will share practical tools and insights for fully reviewing the traumatic origins of our experiences, updating the body’s automatic responses to current and potential danger, and gently imagining how we might navigate similar situations in the future. She will introduce her “Check Up from the Neck Up” practice and other methods clinicians can use to help clients update entrenched habit patterns and free the mind, body, and spirit from the lingering impact of trauma.

All Southern California EMDR clinicians recently trained, certified or interested in joining are welcome to attend!

This is a great opportunity to network with EMDR clinicians, learn from a featured speaker about relevant clinical topics, and give and receive support.
