Our May 9 meeting, via Zoom, will be an introduction to EMDR 2.0.
EMDR 2.0 is the next generation of EMDR. It’s a game-changer for all EMDR clinicians. And you can easily use it via telehealth! If you were at EMDRIA 2019 you probably saw the plenary by clinical psychologist, researcher and professor Ad de Jongh, PhD introducing and demonstrating EMDR 2.0.
Ad de Jongh, PhD and Suzy Matthijssen, PhD, recently offered a 2-day workshop that goes into detail on the research and practice of EMDR 2.0. Several of our members took the on-line version of the workshop, and have been seeing great success with this this new therapy.
Linda Pillsbury and Kay Simmeth will be leading a discussion and demonstration of EMDR 2.0 for our EMDR Connect group.
